Privacy Notice

Last updated: 21 August 2026

The CORNERSTONE Operations Portal is the pilot hub for a hobbyist DCS World persistent-campaign community. This notice explains, in plain terms, what information the Portal handles, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed. We keep this deliberately small: we collect what's needed to run the campaign and track your flying — nothing for advertising, and nothing sold to anyone.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and a stable Google account identifier. This is used only to identify you and link your account to your in-game pilot.

As you fly the campaign: your DCS callsign and client ID, squadron, and gameplay records — sorties, mission participation, scoring, and flight-discipline standing — generated by your activity on the server.

What other pilots can see

The public roster shows only your callsign, squadron, sortie count, discipline ("pill") count, and status to other signed-in pilots. Your real name and email are never shown to other users — they're used only behind the scenes to sign you in and identify your account.

How we use it

Solely to operate the persistent campaign: to sign you in, manage your sortie claims, and track your career and standing across the operation. We do not sell your data, show you advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it's stored

Sign-in and the live data the Portal displays are handled by Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which processes your Google sign-in on our behalf. The authoritative campaign database runs on the community's own dedicated game server. We don't copy your data anywhere else.

Cookies & sessions

The Portal uses a Firebase Authentication session so you stay signed in between visits. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Signing out ends the session.

Your choices & deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time — email privacy@paydirtengine.com. On request we remove your Google sign-in record and the personal identifiers on your pilot account (name, email, the link to your Google account).

One honest limit: campaign history (for example, a past mission that recorded a callsign) may persist in anonymized form where it is part of the operational record and no longer identifies you. If you want your callsign scrubbed from that history too, say so in your request and we'll do our best.

Children

The Portal isn't directed at children and isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this notice changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted in the Portal.
